DeGuard is built for hostile environments, fast partner onboarding, and modular delivery across both Web2 and Web3 user bases. Our infrastructure combines stealth protocols, Telegram-native UX, decentralized deployment, and on-chain access logic.

1. VPN Protocol Stack
Our current stack is based on VLESS, implemented through a hardened V2Ray core.
This allows stable and stealthy access across high-censorship regions (Russia, UAE, Turkey, Iran).
- TLS-level obfuscation, port randomization, and smart fallback handling
- Protocol rotation logic in development
- Future plans: adding Shadowsocks and VMess for broader compatibility
We focus on one protocol stack at a time to ensure stability and performance at scale.
Additional we support vanilla WireGuard for regions with low censorship.
2. Server Infrastructure
- 40+ active nodes across 15+ countries, optimized for latency and resilience
- Mix of self-hosted, trusted third-party, and partner-run infrastructure
- Auto-routing, load balancing, and region-aware fallback logic
- Hosting diversified to avoid reliance on centralized cloud providers
The current system comfortably supports our load with capacity to scale 3β5Γ without architectural change.
3. Telegram-Native Product Layer
Telegram is the main onboarding and activation layer.
We deploy VPN services through branded MiniApps embedded in the Telegram ecosystem β no app stores, no logins.
- Partner-specific MiniApps with custom branding and revenue sharing
- Native payment flows (crypto, card, local) inside Telegram
- Instant access to VPN configs after checkout, no install needed
- Funnel logic fully managed on our backend with push-triggered upgrades and upsells
Telegram gives us the fastest time-to-live for product iterations β often under 24 hours from launch to live traffic.
4. Cross-Platform Applications
For power users and extended usage scenarios, we offer native apps:
- Android & iOS clients built on native stacks
- Desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux) built on Qt, using v2ray under the hood
- Unified config and plan syncing across devices
- All apps include stealth transport and dynamic routing
(Android live, iOS in late-stage testing. Release: Q2βQ3 2025)
This gives users full control over how they access DeGuard β Telegram, app, or desktop β with one consistent plan.
5. Admin, Monitoring & Ops Automation
- Real-time server monitoring in production: uptime, bandwidth, latency per region
- Transaction dashboards and partner-facing admin tools in development (Q3 2025 roadmap)
- Telegram-based trial provisioning and support automation already live
- All config generation and delivery flows are fully automated
We prioritize lean ops, enabling a small team to support global infrastructure with minimal manual load.
6. Privacy & Legal Positioning
We do not log or access user VPN traffic. However, we maintain a minimal set of metadata for operational integrity:
- Incoming IP address, user-agent/device, and access timestamp
- Used solely for abuse prevention, fraud detection, and β if legally required β incident reporting
We donβt collect emails, names, or personal identifiers. Payments are available through crypto and voucher codes, enabling full anonymous access for end users.
This approach balances user privacy and legal accountability β ensuring DeGuard is safe for users and safe for investors.
7. Web3 Architecture & On-Chain Access
DeGuard offers a modular Web3 layer that powers our crypto-native user funnels.
This includes:
- NFT-based subscription model β users mint access passes (monthly, yearly, lifetime)
- On-chain smart contracts (EVM, TON, Algorand) with audited logic
- Admin panel for partners: deploy/edit plans, track minting, manage promos
- Crypto-native UX:
β’ No registration β connect wallet to access
β’ Fully anonymous purchase via wallet + NFT mint
This structure benefits both sides:
β’ Users get censorship-resistant, anonymous access without accounts or KYC
β’ Partners and chains can embed privacy tools into their ecosystems with optional rev share and white-labeling
Our smart contracts have been audited and are designed to allow scaling across multiple chains and user types β Web3-native and Web2-compatible alike.
